Waterstone of Lexington, opening in late summer 2022, will offer a new standard in senior living for those 62 and over. Nestled among the open, natural environment adjacent to the Belmont Country Club, Waterstone of Lexington features a continuum of care – with modern independent living apartments and assisted living residences on site – along with the distinctive lifestyle that Waterstone communities are known for.

Waterstone of Lexington will have 116 independent living rental apartments and 40 assisted living residences. As part of the continuum of care, there will be a separate 48-suite memory care community, Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington, located across from Waterstone and opening in spring 2022.
