Nestled among the open, natural environment adjacent to the Belmont Country Club, Waterstone of Lexington features a continuum of care – with modern independent living apartments and assisted living residences on site – along with the distinctive lifestyle that Waterstone communities are known for.

Waterstone of Lexington will have 116 independent living rental apartments and 40 assisted living residences. Designed by Boston architects Elkus Manfredi and developed by National Development, the 17.5-acre campus features natural walking trails and abundant gardens with outdoor patios and seating areas in a woodland setting that borders conservation areas and the Belmont Country Club golf course. As part of the continuum of care, there will be a separate 48-suite memory care community, Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington, located across from Waterstone and opening in spring 2022.
