Recognized by the National Association of Home Builders, Waterstone of Lexington Receives Accolades in the 55+ Housing Awards Competition
LEXINGTON, Mass. – Waterstone of Lexington is proud to share their recognition as a Silver Award Winner in The Nationals, an awards program that honors the best of the best in the building and construction industry. Selected from more than 1,200 entries, Waterstone of Lexington was awarded in the 55+ housing category.
These awards showcase quality, innovation and emerging trends that appeal to the mature demographic. The competition is judged by knowledgeable peers and industry experts, each having a proven record of success in various facets of this specialized sector.

Waterstone on High Ridge was constructed reusing parts of the existing office building foundations, utilities, and site amenities. During the demolition phase, the development team was also able to reuse the original office building concrete structural elements and granite base material by grinding these materials up and repurposing them as structural fill.

Falls are among the top reasons for emergency room visits. They can irrevocably alter lives, especially for senior citizens who can go from being independent to needing constant care.
Presented by the Greenwich Commission on Aging, the chefs created their best combination of sliders and side dishes to be judged by seniors at the Greenwich Senior Center.
