Fred Kelly, MSW, MBA
As the Executive Director of Waterstone of Lexington, Fred is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the community. He leads the entire team in delivering the premier Waterstone lifestyle and ensuring residents have everything they need to remain active, connected and comfortable.
With over a decade in senior living, Fred most recently served as Executive Director at our sister community on campus, Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington. Prior to joining EPOCH Senior Living, he also served in roles ranging from Memory Care Operations Director to Executive Director for other senior living providers. With this experience and insight, Fred successfully leads the team in delivering an exceptional, wellness-focused senior living experience.
Fred earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, a Master’s in Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ithaca College. He is also a Licensed Master of Social Work, Certified Dementia Practitioner® and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Since the mid-90s, Raymond has been leading sales and marketing teams in hospitality and senior care. He works tirelessly to spread the word about the communities he works for and helps facilitate the smoothest process possible for seniors as they transition to their new homes.
Raymond, a graduate of New Hampshire College, has deep experience ensuring luxurious experiences for his clients through his work at high-end hotels, as an event coordinator and in interior design. In his spare time, Raymond has mentored children through his work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Riverview School, which works with disabled teens across the country.
Renée Berard brings a wealth of knowledge of the senior living industry and extensive background in marketing to her position as Senior Advisor. Prior to joining Waterstone of Lexington, Renée served in the same role at our sister community across campus, Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington.
As Senior Advisor, Renée is responsible for building relationships with seniors and their families, providing them with the information and guidance needed to make the best decision to support their lifestyle and wellness goals. She will also connect with area professionals and local organizations to share the exciting opportunities that await at Waterstone of Lexington.
Renée has a deep-rooted history in serving seniors and says it’s one of her biggest passions. Before serving in this role, she has held positions in various senior living communities, with experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing as well as time spent as an Associate Executive Director.
