WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE

  • Monday – 10:00 a.m. Cardio & Recovery – 1:30 p.m. Tai Chi
  • Wednesday – 10:00 a.m. Stretch & Flow – 1:30 p.m. Chair Yoga
  • Friday – 10:00 a.m. Strength & Recovery – 1:30 p.m. Pilates
