Supportive Care Services

At Waterstone at the Circle, we encourage our residents to live the independent lifestyle they deserve. But as an over-62 community, we also know needs change from time to time. That’s why we’ve developed an on-site supportive care program, in coordination with premier healthcare providers, which allows our independent living residents to receive the assistance they need to stay healthy and engaged.

We collaborate with HouseWorks Home Care, Boston Internists and Hebrew SeniorLife – the only senior care organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School – to provide residents with on-site supportive care services, including:

  • Visiting nurse
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapists
  • Personal care aides
  • Palliative care and hospice services
  • Access to clinical liaison
  • Assistance with short-term rehab placement
  • Access to local primary care office
  • Podiatry services
  • Medication assistance and reminders
  • Eye drop administration
  • Assistance with bathing or dressing
  • Escorts on errands or medical appointments
  • Light laundry assistance
