Margaret Minichini brings over 20 years of experience in senior living to Waterstone of Westchester. Working in both new and established communities, Margaret knows the value of a fulfilling senior living experience and inspires her team to go above and beyond for every resident. As Executive Director, Margaret will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring our residents and their families experience the high level of service and support that Waterstone is known for.
Previously, Margaret served as Executive Director for other senior living communities, overseeing motivated, results-driven teams. At Waterstone, Margaret will be dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality and service to all residents, allowing our community to be a place everyone can call home.
As Senior Advisor at Waterstone of Westchester, Cathe Schaefer will be responsible for introducing curious seniors to this luxury senior living community and providing residents with the resources they need to support their lifestyle and wellness goals.
Cathe has worked in health care and senior living since 2008 and has received several awards for her sales successes. Most recently, Cathe was Community Sales Director at Atria Senior Living, where she helped seniors understand the value of independent living and ensured a smooth transition to their new homes.
Outside of work, Cathe has a passion for cooking old family recipes – and trying new ones – for her husband and two sons.
