Waterstone of Lexington recently hosted the graduation ceremony for the Women’s Institute for Learning & Leadership (WILL), a professional development program created in partnership with the Town of Lexington to support women working in local government.
Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll addressed the graduates during the March 19 ceremony, congratulating them and encouraging their continued growth as public sector leaders. The program included six sessions focused on career development, leadership skills, self-advocacy, public speaking, budgeting, and other tools designed to help women advance in local government.
The event concluded with a reception at Waterstone of Lexington, celebrating the graduates and the community’s commitment to civic partnership and local engagement.
