Wellness Director

Reporting To:
Executive Director

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of MA   with at least 2 years of management and experience working in an Assisted Living Facility. Candidates must have exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care in the NEW Assisted Living Community. Interacts with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed.  The Wellness Director is responsible for hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department. This position requires on-call weekdays and weekends. This position will start in July 2022 and our community will open in October of 2022.

Food Service Director

Requirements:
Experience in food service in a Senior Living Community preferred. Some fine dining experience helpful. Supervisory/management experience required. Culinary degree preferred. Must exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities. Computer skills required. ServSafe Certificate required.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the Food Services operation of our New Senior Living Community which will Assisted Living  and Independent Living. Responsible for creating dynamic menu options, ordering supplies and adheres to department budget. Provides outstanding customer and upscale dining services. Hires, schedules and supervises dietary staff and kitchen staff. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Move-in Coordinator

Waterstone of Lexington

Hours:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday until October, then the position will require some weekend availability.

Reporting To:
Executive Director

Requirements:
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to problem-solve and be able to make decisions. Qualified candidates must exhibit a professional, personable and pleasant demeanor. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, and courteous phone etiquette. Some experience in the senior living industry or sales and marketing preferred.

Responsibilities:
The Move-in Coordinator is a support role to the sales and marketing team in the independent and assisted living communities and is responsible for supporting the lead database, creating move-in packets, coordinating moving efforts and logistics for new residents entering the community, liaisons with family and team members for transition, providing outstanding customer service to residents and family members during and after the orientation period, communicating with internal departments, assuring necessary paperwork and medical documents are complete prior to move-in, and assisting with tours and marketing events as needed.
