Join us as we dive into our latest read while enjoying light refreshments. Our monthly Book Club is a great opportunity to meet new people and participate in deep conversations as we discuss the works of fantastic authors.

This month, we are reading “We Were Dreamers” by Simu Liu. This inspiring and relatable memoir was written by immigrant Simu Liu about his family’s journey from China to Hollywood. It’s a story of being an immigrant in the United States and his battle with cultural stereotypes and his own identity, as well as landing the role of the lifetime to become the latest Marvel superhero.

Our in-person session will be held at our Welcome Center at 1:00 p.m.

Our virtual session will be held via Zoom at 4:00 p.m.
